ArmchairTaikun is a blog all about trading and the foreign exchange market. It includes tutorials, trading tips for the forex market, monthly forex trade analysis, price action analysis, and pretty much anything else as it relates to the trading life.

With a background of over 10 years in the financial markets, EJ Agas has spent the past 6+ years trading Forex following several years of trading the U.S. Equity markets for a proprietary trading desk. In addition to trading, EJ’s background also includes having advised individuals of all levels of skill and experience with the markets.

Through a combination of professional experiences and self-exploration, EJ’s style of trading is heavily based on price action trading (or reading “the tape”). This is technical analysis on the most fundamental level. Philosophically, EJ believes that price is the best (and only) tool necessary for trading the Forex market proficiently in lieu of not having accurate real-time volume data. EJ shares his unique insight into the market and trading through this blog – and may at times share personal thoughts as well.

EJ’s “straight from the hip” commentary is to the point and light-hearted. It is EJ’s hope that over time you’ll get to know him through his blog posts and commentary across various Web forums on Forex trading.
